Returns Policy

If you are in any way dissastisfied with your Empress heated towel rail, we will offer you a full refund on your product pending the following:

The product is returned undamaged
As the purchaser, you pay for the return postage of the product(s) to our Factory
You return the product within 14 days of purchase
You must ensure that the product is securely packaged prior to return. If the product becomes damaged in transit to our factory we will not be obliged to accept the product as undamaged.
Original packaging must remain intact.
